Can I Upload Coupang Labels for Several Variants?
Yes—when Kontactic Seller Center offers group submission for the inbound group, upload all six size-and-color variant label files together. You do not need to enter the same information in each variant field. During correction, Kontactic refreshes the product list, so a newly eligible variant can join the revised group.
The seller problem is repeated entry, not the number of variants
Start with a simple seller situation. A brand has one Coupang inbound group with six size-and-color variants. The team has a label file for each variant and needs to submit them.
The problem is repeated entry. If Seller Center gives each variant its own label field, the team must move through six product entries. It may enter the same information in the group upload and again in each product field. The extra entry makes the submission harder to check.
When group submission is available, Seller Center changes the form. It shows one group upload and hides the separate label fields for the variants. Your team still supplies the label files for the products in the group. Grouping changes where you upload the labels, not which products you submit.
Seller-side answer: Prepare the label files for each variant in the inbound group, then use the group upload when Seller Center shows it. The portal hides the separate variant fields so you do not enter the same information twice.

How to use group submission
Prepare the label files first. A grouped upload does not mean one generic file covers every size or color. Gather the file that belongs to each variant in the inbound group.
Open that inbound group in Seller Center. Check Seller Center for each inbound group. It shows whether the group-upload option is available. Do not assume that every inbound group presents the same form.
When the option appears, submit the files through the group upload. Seller Center hides each separate variant field, so you do not enter the same information twice.
One group upload is not one product upload. If six variants belong to the group, submit the files for all six through group submission. Keep each size-and-color option clear in the group and in your other product fields.
Grouping the label upload does not merge the variants. For the separate product-ID rule, see one Coupang product ID cannot cover every variant.

What happens when a group needs correction
Correction is the second place where this feature matters. A group can be rejected and require a revised submission. During correction, Kontactic refreshes the product list.
Here, a required check is the check Seller Center uses before a variant can join the corrected group. In the six-variant example, the brand submits label files for all six variants in one group upload. The group then needs correction. During correction, one variant passes the required check.
The variant was not available for the first submission. It is available for the revised group now. The team can add it because the refreshed product list is current.
Without the refresh, the team might use the old product list and leave out a variant that is now eligible.
Refreshing the list does not approve the rejected group. It only makes the newly eligible variant available for the corrected submission. The corrected group still has to follow the required check and submission steps.
The group upload does not replace Coupang’s inbound review. See Coupang inbound verification: label and certification review for details.

What group upload does—and does not—change
The update fixes two seller problems: duplicate label entry during the first submission and an old product list during correction. It does not remove the need to submit the right files or pass the required check.
- Not every group uses the grouped path. Use group submission only when Seller Center shows it for that inbound group.
- A group upload is not one generic label file. Supply the label files for the variants in the group.
- A hidden variant field is not a missing requirement. The group upload is the place to submit that information when Seller Center hides the field.
- A refreshed product list is not automatic approval. A variant must pass the required check before it becomes available for the corrected submission.
- Grouping the label upload does not merge the variants. If one variant becomes eligible during correction, add it to the revised group.
If one variant changes, check that variant rather than restarting unchanged work. The separate Do I Have to Recheck My Whole Catalog When One SKU Changes? question is broader.
Common questions about uploading labels for variants together
Can one label file cover every size and color?
No. The group upload gives you one place to submit the files. It does not replace the file for each variant.
Why are the separate variant fields hidden?
When group submission is available, the group upload is the place for that information. Hidden fields do not mean the label files are optional.
What if a variant passes its required check after the first submission?
If the group is in correction, Seller Center refreshes the product list. Add the variant to the revised group when it becomes available.
Does every Coupang inbound group use this method?
No. Check that group in Seller Center. Use group submission only when the option appears.
Does the update approve a rejected group?
No. It makes a newly eligible variant available for correction. The corrected group still has to follow the required check and submission steps.
