What You Own
You retain full ownership of the Korean entity (Flame/Blaze), all operating assets, and all inventory at all times.
Entity Ownership
The Korean entity (유한회사 / limited company) is established under the client's ownership. Kontactic has no ownership stake. For Spark, no client entity is formed.
IoR / SoR
Spark: Kontactic's entity is IoR and SoR. Flame/Blaze: The client's Korean entity is both Importer of Record and Seller of Record.
Inventory Ownership
The client retains ownership of all inventory at all times. Kontactic acts as the operating agency, not a distributor or equity holder.
Flexibility & Scale-back
Clients may scale back from Blaze to Flame if they bring marketing in-house. No lock-in requiring Layer 3.
