The operating-agency model
Flame and Blaze are built around a simple principle: you own your business in Korea, we run it. A Korean limited company (유한회사) is established under your ownership — the entity, the bank account, the import IDs, and every asset and unit of inventory belong to you. Kontactic acts as your authorized operating agent (운영대행), executing on your behalf across administration and operations.
This is the opposite of a distribution deal. We never take title to your goods, never become an equity holder, and never sit between you and your market as a middleman buying and reselling. We are not a distributor, not a joint-venture partner, and not an investor. You hold full ownership and control; we are the team that makes it all run — accountable to you, operating under your entity.
